These thin, artisanal shortbread biscuits have a wonderfully delicate flavour.
What makes them so special? At the centre is a crunchy heart of caramelised almonds, a blissful combination of sweet and nutty.
The fine biscuit base almost melts on your tongue, while the finish with shaved almonds provides just that little extra crunch.
