Fruit cubes and truffles ‘The Forbidden Fruit’

The fruit cubes are artisanal and natural products, made of 60 % fruit. This high fruit content is unique and makes each fruit cube a delicious flavour bomb. The fruit cubes each have a summery and fresh taste: cherry, apricot, raspberry, blueberry, peach or pear. In this gift box, the fruit cubes are complemented with our delicious chocolate truffles.

The unique gift box is based on an exclusive embroidery by the Brussels artist Garance Brunard.

INGREDIENTS

Fruit cubes: fruit pulp 60.5%, sugar, glucose syrup, gelling agent (pectin), food acid (citric acid), natural flavours (cherry, apricot, raspberry, blueberry, peach, pear).

Truffles: CREAM (MILK), sugar, ALMONDS (NUTS), HAZELNUTS (NUTS), PEANUTS (NUTS), PISTACHIO (NUTS), cocoa butter, whole MILK powder, cocoa mass, WHEAT flour (GLUTEN), vegetable fats (sunflower, rapeseed) in varying proportions, raising agent : E500II, MILK fat, LACTOSE, MILK protein, malt extract (BARLEY), emulsifier: E322 (sunflower lecithin, SOYA lecithin), colour: E150c, glucose syrup, salt, natural vanilla flavouring, vanillin, spices, Feuillentine [sugar, cocoa butter, skimmed MILK powder, cocoa mass, whole MILK powder, natural flavourings (BARLEY, vanilla), vegetable glycerine (<422), emulsifier: E322 (sunflower lecithin)], glucose, 4% coconut, water, coffee, stabiliser: E420i.
