Our Piedmont hazelnut truffles are little flavour bombs that bring together luxury and craft.
It all starts with carefully selected hazelnuts from sunny Piedmont – famous for their full, nutty flavour. They are roasted, caramelised and then generously coated in a velvety dark chocolate ganache. And if that’s not enough… they also get a coating of fine cocoa powder.
The result? A deep, rich flavour with a touch of bitterness and a hint of sweetness.
