This delicious Florentine pastry with toasted Mediterranean almonds is crispy baked on the outside and deliciously soft on the inside. The Florentines are richly filled with a creamy almond paste. The candied pieces of orange and cherries add a delicate flavour. After baking, they are hand-dipped in milk chocolate.

ALMONDS, sugar, BUTTER (MILK), CREAM (MILK), honey, oranges, cherries, chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole-MILK powder, LACTOSE, cocoa mass, emulsifier: SOJA lecithin, vanilla flavour), salt.
Packaged in a workshop that also processes NUTS, PEANUTS, MILK, EGGS, SOY, SESAME SEEDS, SULPHITES and GLUTEN
